Service Agreement Cancellations

Artisanstoreor understands that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling or modifying your service agreement with us

Consultation Services

Initial design consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee

Project Cancellations

For ongoing interior styling projects the following cancellation terms apply:

Refund Process

When applicable refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction

Modifications to Service Agreement

If you wish to modify the scope of your project rather than cancel we will work with you to adjust the service agreement. Any changes to the project scope may affect pricing and timeline

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters government actions or public health emergencies
